Our services
From the moment someone wakes up to the moment they go to sleep, our services cover the practical, medical, and personal support that lets residents live safely and fully.
Support with hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and household routines — delivered with patience and respect for each person's preferences.
Medication management, appointment scheduling and transport, and close coordination with physicians, therapists, and specialists.
Regular outings, volunteer opportunities, and participation in local events that build friendships and a sense of belonging outside the home.
Coaching in budgeting, cooking, laundry, and other everyday skills, structured around each resident's individual support plan.
On-site and off-site programming — games, art, movement, celebrations — built around what residents actually enjoy.
Positive behavior support plans developed with clinicians, plus consistent, trauma-informed responses from every staff member.
Scheduled and on-demand transportation to appointments, day programs, family visits, and community activities.
Scheduled updates, an open-door visitation policy, and a direct line to staff whenever a family has questions.
Awake overnight staff and a consistent care team, so residents and families always know who's on shift.
A day in the home
Mornings start at each resident's own pace, with staff assisting where needed. Afternoons might include a day program, a community outing, or time on personal hobbies. Evenings are for shared meals, downtime, and connecting with family by phone or visit.
Every schedule is individualized — this is simply a picture of the rhythm most residents follow.
